CANCELLATION POLICIES:
No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment

Cancellation Policy:

1. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, your deposit booking fee will be forfeited.
Cancellations must be IN WRITING by text or call to this number 0450552011

2. However, you have to reschedule the appointment to another time more than 24 hours of your appointment time. If less than 24 hours you will be charging 50% of the booked service fee for any reason. So please try to call or text 0450552011 before 24 hours in advance.

3. ‘No Shows’ (not showing up for your appointment), will be charged the FULL amount of your booked appointment due to lost productivity

We really would hate to apply our cancellation policy, as a small business this can affect us more than you may realize, so if you do need to cancel or reschedule please notify us ASAP if you can’t make it, so we can give the appointment to someone on the waiting list. Giving us 48hrs or more is very much appreciated.

LASH EXTENSIONS REFILLS POLICIES:
When customers come back for lash extensions refills, we will check the exact time from the last refills to give you a fair price. When the time does not fall exactly on 1, 2, 3, 4 weeks price bracket, the price will be calculated as below:

Less than 3 days above the closest time bracket: same price as the closest price bracket.
From 3 days and more: same price as the next price bracket.

GIFT VOUCHER POLICIES:
Gift vouchers are not refundable and can only used for services at Divine Brow Lash. Gift vouchers can not be redeemed into cash payment.

COMPLAINT POLICIES:
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, if you are not happy with the quality of services/treatment received, you should let us know within 48 hours by phone or text ( NO EMAIL ) , we are willing to fix the issue if it is from our side.
