Cancellation Policies:

No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment

Cancellation Policy:

  1. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, your deposit booking fee will be forfeited.

Cancellations must be IN WRITING, by email to info@divinebrowlash.com.au

  1. However, you can reschedule the appointment to another time (the treatment fee maybe vary depending on the new booking time). We will charge you a change fee based on the time of your notification as below:
    • Notify more than 8 hours in advance: 10% of the booked service fee
    • Notify between 4 and 8 hours in advance: 25% of the booked service fee
    • Notify less than 4 hours: 50% of the booked service fee
  1. ‘No Shows’ (not showing up for your appointment), will be charged the FULL amount of their booked appointment due to lost productivity.

All cancellations and rescheduling needs to be IN WRITING, by emailing info@divinebrowlash.com.au

We really would hate to apply our cancellation policy, as a small business this can affect us more than you may realize, so if you do need to cancel or reschedule please notify us ASAP if you can’t make it, so we can give the appointment to someone on the waiting list. Giving us 48hrs or more is very much appreciated.

 

Lash Extensions Refills Policies:

When customers come back for lash extensions refills, we will check the exact time from the last refills to give you a fair price. When the time does not fall exactly on 1, 2, 3, 4 weeks price bracket, the price will be calculated as below:

  • Less than 3 days above the closest time bracket: same price as the closest price bracket.
  • From 3 days and more: same price as the next price bracket.
  • 3 days: average price of the 2 price bracket.

 

Gift Voucher Policies:

Gift vouchers are not refundable and can only used for services at Divine Brow Lash. Gift vouchers can not be redeemed into cash payment.
